Roaring Thunder

Plenty of holes in the snowcovered soil
Thousands like me feel all alone
Hope has since longtime been gone
Just waiting for the end frozen to the bone

I can hear the roaring thunder
just before the lightning strikes

The sound of battle is silence to my ears
I´m not trembling i get used to my fears
I´ve forgot how to be angry and feel wrath
on those who sent us to this hopeless path
