Lurking Evil

Summon up the dead
blood will spill tonight
the light will be devoured
by wolves of the night

fade into obscurity
forever to be gone
facing death
in ghastly forms

at night you hear the howls
two eyes that burn
crawling in the shadows
in the graveyard haze

obtruding with force
abandon all hope
sepulchral thoughts
a lurking evil

an inhuman horror
approaching from below
noxious hordes
penetrate your soul

cast in the vaults of dread
curse of the living dead
where evil never sleeps

at night you hear the howls
two eyes that burn
crawling in the shadows
in the graveyard haze

obtruding with force
abandon all hope
sepulchral thoughts
a lurking evil

sink into the lifeless void
putrefy your entity
ride the lurid wings of death
abandon all hope

Dusk falls over the forgotten cemetery
putrid smells that rise
stark horror orgy
in the sight of the dead

stalking steps echo
below the nocturnal dark
demon bells pounding
deathlike visions
